will work with you over a sustained period to drive your required
strategic, cultural, business approach change agenda. We will in
effect become part of your team, trusted by all, and acting as
a facilitator of the changes you are implementing. This programme
might run for 3 months or 2 years, depending on the size of your
organisation and the change management requirement.
A 4 day course, to which high potential or fast-track
people are individually nominated from within a company. This programme
can also be operated as an Open Programme across several companies.
The programme will focus on the specific personal management and
development challenges of being a step ahead of your peers and
being seen as a “change agent” within your company. Being the Best

A managed consortium
of high potential people, nominated by their companies or themselves,
and each paying an annual membership fee. The annual fee provides
2 half day 121 Executive Coaching sessions, 3 “development modules” (2
day events themed on current business issues) and half-yearly,
face to face networking events to share experiences between members.

are uncomfortable visiting client board members, with a commercial
objective to deliver. This programme clarifies what role is appropriate,
the opportunity to learn best practice, via discussion, observing
role play and practicing in a safe environment.
