First Ascent Foundation

Inspired by the concept of sharing ideas and solutions across industries, the First Ascent Foundation was launched in 2009.  This not-for-profit initiative was designed to provide a dynamic forum for senior leaders to come together from different sectors to explore a contemporary leadership subject.  This unique gathering of delegates generates an exciting discourse and results in a collaboration of ideas, experiences and solutions. 

Delegates are further inspired by our guest speakers who are invited to share their real life wisdom and further stimulate the discussion.

The events starts with a networking dinner on the evening before the workshop.  The workshops themselves are limited to approximately 20 delegates to ensure a personal and productive experience for those involved.   Each venue is carefully selected to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience.

These uniquely engaging workshops give life-long CPD and networking opportunities for leaders who become part of the ever growing First Ascent network.

The cost of the Foundation ticket is £225 + vat and includes the networking dinner, accommodation and the workshop (breakfast and lunch included).
