Lloyds Bank

The Lloyds Banking Group provides retail, business and corporate banking, insurance and investment services.

First Ascent provided a Leadership Development programme for 80 talented managers within the Retail Division’s IT Department.

Managers of all levels of seniority attended the programme, which ranged from 2 days to 6 days for different cohorts. A significant part of the programme involved experiential team challenge activities.
