The Welsh Assembly Government have selected First Ascent as an approved supplier of Leadership and Organisational Development services across all public sector bodies in Wales.

Steve Bentley, Director at First Ascent, said “This is a great recognition of the quality of work we do in these critical fields. We look forward to working with a range of organisations over coming years in Wales to support their evolution and to assist in the development of their people.”

First Ascent links to Wales seem to be increasing by the day: Recently recruited Programme Manager, Cheryl Smith, hails from Wales, although is now based at First Ascent HQ in Cambridge; Source2sea 2008 was held in beautiful Mid-Wales.
