We are delighted to have provided an exciting Leadership Development programme for Gloucestershire College.

As one of the most forward thinking and successful Colleges in the UK, the programme supported the development of the management team as they lead the College to even greater success in the future.

The programme launched in July 2008, with an upbeat briefing event, to inform all participants about the programme and how they can maximise personal benefit from being part of it.

The modular programme continued through 2009.
