Mission Impossible? To brief 60 people on psychometric profiles, team dynamics, political powerplays, team values ….. and have great fun in the process. In 3 hours. That was the brief from one of the UK’s (actually the world’s) leading mobile phone companies. Four of the First Ascent team rose to the occasion and produced a motivational team development event at Windsor Race Course, that surpassed even the highest expectations.
