We work with BT Retail, BT Global and BT Openreach. We provide a wide range of Team Development Programmes, Leadership Development, Execuive Coaching, Talent programmes and specialist functional training. BT participate in Source2sea, winning the inaugural event in 2006 !

First Ascent helped to create and deliver the My Customer Challenge Programme – a huge cross company programme designed to help staff at all levels take personal leadership of customer focussed improvement projects.
