First Ascent supported the Board of British Triathlon during 2007 and 2008 as they have guided the sport through a significant period of growth and popularity, whilst in parallel modernising the governance of the sport throughout the UK. We will now work with them, to help meet their ambitions for success at London 2012. During First Ascent hosted Board Development weekends, which occur every six months, the Board develop their internal communication effectiveness, their ability to effectively manage stakeholders and review the overall strategic direction of the organisation. 121 coaching support to Board members is provided between the development weekends.
