First Ascent ran a two module Team Development programme for the group charged with initiating and supporting strategic change at Openreach. Each module lasted 3 days and the team developed their personal awareness, communications skills, leadership skills and stakeholder management skills over the duration of the programme. First Ascent also facilitated a one day workshop that assisted the evolution of very large team brought together through an organisational restructure.
