The inaugural First Ascent Cambridge Team Challenge on 15^th May in Milton Country Park, Cambridge was a huge success for all the teams taking part.

Coca Cola Enterprises won the event, after a closely contested competition throughout the day. The event attracted significant interest from companies in Cambridge and surrounding areas looking to develop their team effectiveness. It then delivered for every team, enabling them to identify new ways o working more effectively, back in the workplace.

The event is designed for teams of 6 people to compete against each other in a variety of cerebral and physical challenges whilst raising money for charity. Pre and post event coaching sessions are held with all teams to ensure they extract as much value from the Team Challenge as possible.
