We are delighted to announce that First Ascent has been awarded Approved Centre status by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

We are approved to deliver Leadership Development programmes, accredited by ILM at Level 5 and at Level 7. Achieving Level 7 status is a great acknowledgement of the quality of our people and the level of content we are able to deliver.

We are looking forward to working closely with the ILM in coming years to further develop our portfolio of ILM approved programmes, when required by our clients.
