Team Perfomance Development
We will focus on individual awareness of roles within a team and also help the team develop practical methods for ensuring they perform excellently together and optimise their output. We include consolidation of learning through practical exercises and mutual constructive feedback sessions between team members. We help newly formed teams to perform quickly and teams facing new challenges to attack their objectives with energy. Our programmes are a mechanism for ensuring more motivated and coherent working within a team.
 
Team Strategy
A variation of Team Performance Development programmes, includes a specific focus on a selected current workplace issue (practical or strategic), resulting in the team leaving the programme with an agreed action plan. These programmes are designed to help teams develop a specific action plan for a major workplace challenge, in a condensed timescale, whilst also learning new techniques for team working and personal development
 
Business Athletes
To perform at the highest level, consistently, requires a focussed approach to team energy management – physical, mental and time management all play a part. We help teams to recognise the need for considering themselves as a squad of “business athletes”. We then provide medically supported advice on how to maximise performance.
 
Leadership Team Development
We provide stimulating and challenging programmes for more experienced teams, to focus on the specific personal and team dynamics associated with very successful leadership. Programmes vary in length, content and degree to which we integrate real workplace issues. Our programmes can be provided at a range of venues and can incorporate a degree of outdoor working if required.
 
Team Insight
We can provide a high impact, short duration event, evaluating the different characteristics of team members and how they can optimise their performance together. These interventions are targeted at teams who would benefit from understanding how different skills and personalities can be a strength within a team. This provides a good introduction to the world of team communications that could be a stand-alone intervention or the beginning of a longer development programme for the team.
 
Emotional Intelligence
We provide detailed understanding of team members’ individual and collective emotional intelligence strengths (and development opportunities). This provides insight into how to manage a range of challenges, given the inevitable political and personal interactions we experience in the workplace.
 
Team Development Challenges
Team Development Challenges are designed for teams who wish to test themselves in a tough situations, where they will learn to support each other very closely. These can be used as a motivational, energising exercise, or to prepare teams for forthcoming challenges in the work environment. Conference Management
Complete end-to-end management of your team conference, combining learning content, leadership exercises, team exercises and fun – all to your agreed recipe. No longer do conferences need to represent "death by powerpoint" or and "expensive jolly". We will ensure they are a development opportunity for the team, whilst being fun as well. We can cater for any conference size up to 1000 people.
 
Senior Executive Calling Programme
Other than directors and senior managers who have spent a proportion of their careers operating in a sales environment at board level, many executives are uncomfortable visiting client board members, with a commercial objective to deliver. We can provide a programme that clarifies what approach is appropriate, the opportunity to learn best practice via discussion, observing role play and practicing in a safe environment.
