Sharing Knowledge Freely

At First Ascent we believe that leadership should be a continuous journey of learning and self-improvement and this belief forms the bedrock of our policy of lifetime support to all our alumni.

To further assist in this endeavour, we provide a library of resources at your disposal:

Foundation Reports – these are the outputs produced at the conclusion of each of our Foundation workshops.  Taking place three times per year, the Foundation workshops provide our network of people committed to excellence in leadership, an opportunity to keep abreast of the latest ideas and solutions for leaders and their teams.  The reports capture the challenges, ideas and experiences discussed during the course of each event, as well as some of the latest thinking relating to each of the topics highlighted.

Leaderscape – these are the online newsletters from First Ascent, containing short articles of interest to leaders who are striving to make a difference in their organisation.

Book Reports – this section contains reports on the different books that we feel have made a significant contribution to the subject of leadership or which represent the latest thinking on a particular leadership topic.  If you have a recommendation you would like to share, please contact us.

Case Studies – our case studies provide a sample of some of the programmes we have delivered to customers, the methods we have employed to meet their particular requirements and the outcomes that have been achieved.
