Sport England helps people and communities across the country create sporting habits to become active for life. This is achieved by investing in organisations and projects that will get more people playing sport and being active.
Our Approach
As a trusted partner, First Ascent provides a range of programmes to Sport England. These include a Regional Manager Leadership Development Programme, facilitation support to the Sport England Board and the creation of a new programme to help Sport England Partners undertake more effective market analysis.
First Ascent is also an approved partner to support the implementation of the High Performing NGB (HPNGB) programme for sport governing bodies. This recently included supporting British Fencing and England Netball with their HPNGB work.
All delegates have the opportunity to continue their personal development through the First Ascent Foundation.
