Wayne has worked within several global organisations focusing his teams on the Total Cost of Ownership for various change initiatives such as Sales Productivity and Paperless/ Lean processes. He has experience in applying a range of Continuous Improvement business frameworks, strategies and Change Acceleration Process tools (CAP). As a Black Belt Six Sigma, Wayne has established a strong reputation for his commitment to identify and execute operational change, working with people, IT applications & communications. A lively, humorous and energetic facilitator, Wayne has a passion for inspiring people to improve business systems & simplify processes, challenging them to set stretching KPIs and to measure & drive outstanding customer service levels. Wayne has a MSc in Operations Management from UMIST and is a trained EFQM assessor. He has also studied Global Service Industry Strategic Delivery at Cranfield. He mentors PhD & Masters Students at Manchester.
