Karen began her career in the TV and media industry and then moved into IT and communications. Over a period of 20 years, Karen has worked in large and medium sized global companies within marketing, customer service and organisation and transformation change. She has designed and delivered significant culture change programmes in major organisations. At both BT and Great Nordic she led senior teams in transformation and organisation change. She was COO for BT Global Financial Services where she managed several acquisitions. She now provides advice, support and training on managing change to the public and private sector organisations (including Unilever, Deutsche Telekom, Eurostar, NHS Blood & Transplant). Karen says “Great Change programmes are carried along with excitement, not slowed by anxiety”. She has an energetic and focussed delivery style, with an eye for detail and a determination to help people achieve exceptional results. Karen is qualified in AIM change management and has experience of Six Sigma methodology. She is also a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
