TEAM PROGRAMMES

Team Development Programme

A 3, 4, or 5 day team course, which focuses on individual awareness of roles within a team and also helps the team develop practical methods for ensuring they perform excellently together and optimise their output. The 4 and 5 day courses allow for consolidation of learning through practical exercises and mutual constructive feedback sessions between team members

The course is aimed to help newly formed teams and teams facing new challenges in their objectives or environment. The course is useful for leaders to bring their teams to, as a mechanism for ensuring more motivated and coherent working within their team. Up to 12 people can attend.

Team Strategy Programme

This event provides the same inputs and learning as the Team Development Programme, but also provides a specific focus on a selected current workplace issue (could be practical or strategic issue), running through the week, resulting in the team leaving with an agreed action plan.

The course is aimed to help teams develop a specific action plan for a major workplace challenge, in a condensed timescale, whilst also learning new techniques for team working and personal development. Up to 12 people can attend.

Team Challenge

A 4 day event, based around a highly demanding, lively role play in a challenging operational situation. This can be conducted in a hotel environment or “off-site”.

The Team Challenge is suitable for teams who wish to test themselves in a “real” tough situation, where they will learn to support each other very closely. Can be used as a motivational, energising exercise, or to prepare teams for forthcoming challenges in the work environment. Up to 14 people.

Advanced Leadership Development Programme (ALDP)

A 4 day course, to which people are individually nominated from within a company, or a more experienced team of peers could attend, to focus on the specific personal and team dynamics associated with successful leadership. Up to 10 people.

The Programme is targeted at High Potential people and emerging team leaders within organisations who wish to hone their leadership skills.

Insights Day

A high impact, one-day event, evaluating the different characteristics of team members and how they can best perform together. Up to 12 people.

Targeted at teams who would benefit from understanding how different skills and personalities can be a strength within a team. A good introduction to the world of team improvement that could be a stand-alone intervention or the beginning of a longer development programme for the team.

Emotional Intelligence Coaching

A one day personal insight event for up to 8 for individuals, using a range of state-of-the-art psychometric tools to provide detailed understanding of their personal values, skills and operational dynamics within the team. Provides insight into how to manage challenges, given the inevitable political and personal interactions we experience in the workplace.

This programme is aimed at managers who have completed some existing self analysis and leadership development as a foundation to this more advanced intervention.

Corporate Athletes Event

A high impact, two-day event, evaluating the different characteristics of team members and how they can best perform together. Utilises a motivational and instructive analysis of people skills, using learning and understanding from the world of high-performance sport. Includes learning about Coping Strategies under pressure situations. Up to 12 people.

Targeted at teams who would benefit form understanding how different skills and roles can be a strength within a high performance team. An interesting and high energy introduction to the world of team improvement.

Line Management Introduction Programme

A programme of four 2-day modules (ie 8 days in total), delivered over 6 months, introducing new line managers to the range of techniques and tools they will find useful as they begin their people-management careers.
Mod 1 = Basics of Managing People,
Mod 2 = Communications,
Mod 3 = Performance Management,
Mod 4 = Understanding and Motivating People.
Up to 12 people.
The programme is aimed at new young managers or people moving into people management roles from professional or non-management roles.
