First Ascent are delighted to announce that we will be joined by guest speakers from Santander and Twinings to share their personal insights at our next Foundation event: Change Leadership, the New Rules.

This Foundation event will bring forward-thinking leaders together on 11-12th December at Barnett Hill Hotel, Surrey to discuss and explore how to implement successful and sustainable change.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from two progressive organisations that have achieved widescale change initiatives and continue to successfully navigate the changing business landscape. We are delighted to be joined by Kevin Parke, Head of Supply (UK & Ireland) at Twinings and Kosta Christofi, Senior Learning Specialist - Management and Leadership Capability at Santander, to share their insights and experiences of change leadership.

At this workshop we will identify the common factors that hinder the progress of change and explore how our brains play a pivotal role, depending on their response. Informed by brain science, we will also establish practical actions that leaders can take to communicate reassurance and generate trust across their teams.
