Our Approach

A comprehensive, joint-designed project with the L&D team at IDFC, which involved a large number of contributors to the content of the programme, ensuring it was highly tailored to IDFC’s needs.

The programme consisted of several residential modules for each cohort in India (at Lonavala and Alibaug, between Mumbai and Pune) supported by executive coaching and use of profiles for all delegates. Multiple cohorts completed the programme.

The programme was also designed to support the embedding of IDFC’s leadership competencies across the leadership team.

The Leadership Development Programme prepared the IDFC leadership cadre for swift business expansion and the launch of multiple new products and services into the rapidly expanding Indian consumer financial services market.
