Jade Boswell

Operations Manager



As Operations manager, Jade’s purpose is to provide the best possible customer experience for our clients. She is responsible for managing the successful delivery of First Ascent’s programmes and events, and is the main point of contact for clients and programme delegates.

Jade has a BSc in Psychology and has completed both an ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification and the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certificate. Previous experience includes working within the Not-for-profit sector to establish and manage large programmes and supply chains across the East of England.  

Jade fills her time outside of work by baking and planning where to go on her next holiday!
