Steve is an Executive Director of First Ascent. He has a passion for driving high performance cultures through developing team capability and effectiveness.
Steve has extensive leadership experience across a variety of industries in both the public and private sector. An early career in the Royal Air Force ignited a passion for leadership and team performance that stood him in good stead for a variety of commercial roles in the brewing industry, including a range of Sales and Marketing leadership roles at Coca Cola Enterprises.
Steve is a keen sportsman, competing in a variety of endurance events including adventure racing and ironman triathlon. A veteran of several marathons, Steve’s credits also include the Marathon Des Sables, the ‘Bob Graham Round' and the Devizes to Westminster 125 mile non-stop kayak race.
